Happy Easter everyone. Well I am finally going to Pop my Smoking Cherry. Hence the term there with the Cherry . Doing a set of Spare Ribs and Baby backs with a Apple Cherry spritz and a Honey and Apple Cherry Glaze. I will be using a rub I found here on the forum. Smoking Fanatic posted the Pigs worst nigthmare rub.
