Been wanting to get into smoking for ever now, friend of mine gave me his old chargriller. Took some chicken legs, breasts and drumsticks rubbed them and went at it! Smoked with hickory logs for about 3 hours @ 180-200 degrees, then mopped in bbq sauce and wrapped in foil. Put back on smoker for another half hour. Whole family loved it so must have done something right! I'm in love!
