I just purchased a MES 30 Gen1 smoker. I plan on curing it this Saturday and want to cook on Sunday. I like turkey so I thought smoking a turkey breast (bone). I was thinking about doing two - one for the family and one for work party on Monday. The local grocery has 8-9 lbs. which I thought was large. Thoughts on doing two 8-9 lbs turkey breasts for my first tiime?
