He sandblasted and painted it, as well as welding two broken legs back on. Besides the gaskets, no real mods yet.
Had trouble keeping it hot, so everything took longer than planned. Will be trying a combination of briquettes and wood next time out. After that, will look at other mods that I've seen on this site.
