OK folks i got my WSM last week and i did my first smoke on it today.. I would like to say that this WSM is unreal when holding temps. I bought a BBQ guru when i got the WSM i didn't use it today i wanted to see how the WSM help temp on its own well turns out i don't think i will need the BBQ guru. It was only 20 degrees out today and this thing just held right and 225-230 just amazing. ribs all rubbed up and ready for the smoker. going on and looking good. off the smoker and ready to eat sorry about the poor pic's had to take with my phone it seems i miss placed my camera charger hope i can get another one for it.
