first smoke need help please! (updated with Q-view)

    I have a 8.3 lb pork butt on. internal of 100 pit temp at 232.

    When/how often do I add my chips/chunks?

    Should I spray mixture of apple juice and water on it?

    Any other help will be very much appreciated!

    What kind of smoker do you have.   You add chips and chunks just often enough to keep a thin blue smoke coming from your smoker but it is important to know what kind of smoker you have
