First smoke in the new grill

Cooked everything at 250

Went 3-2-1 on the ribs
And the turkeys took about 7 hours..
Not too bad for the first go.

Mmm...looks like 3 racks of ribs along with two turkeys...that must have been a very full Rec Tec!
