first smoke in my new mes 30

I smoked for my first time. I purchased the mes 30. And today was my first try with it. I did baby backs wasnt thinkin they were gonna turn out the way they did but they sure turned out mighty fine for my first try. Doing some jerky this week. Already marinating in the fridge. One of best purchases/bday present ever

Looks great! I got my MES 30(first smoker) Jan of last year and love it! Baby backs are a favorite with my family. Have fun with it and keep posting pics. Thanks for sharing your smoke, David.
