Well I found out how well this smoker is insulated today, as you can see there's still a bunch of snow on the ground here in northwestern Ohio. Doing a slab of ribs and some injected wings. I'm going to try 3-3-1 for these, this picture is at the 3 hour mark when I foiled them with a half a can of beer per foil pack. I like my ribs fall off the bone, apparently overdone. Right or wrong, that's what i'm going for here. Just thought I would post some pictures, nothing better to do on a crappy Sunday!

That's what I was going for so great! I did the 3-2-1 when I had that propane smoker and they turned out pretty tough. Very good smoke but they were just not how I wanted them. We'll see shortly!

We think alike, "right or wrong that is what I'm going for here".

I would say everything turned out great!

As you can see above, I "embedded" your images into the post instead of a clickable link.  It is not hard to do, please allow me to show you:

You start off with the full text editor:

Then, you select the "insert image" icon on the menu:

Click on that, and it brings you up to this box:

(of course, those are images I have selected to imbed)

Then you select Upload Files, and that will take you to your computer, you can change directories as you wish to find the file or files you need to embed)

This is where I placed your files on my computer:

I selected one (or you can select several, hold down the CTRL key and click on multiple ones):

Then it goes to the image size box:

select your size and hit Submit, and {poof!} your image appears!

Small:

Medium:

Large:

And, that is it!  Hope this makes your posting more enjoyable!
