I was finally able to throw some meat on the smoker I built. First time smoking anything and it turned out pretty darn good. Seasoned the skin with just a little bit of Tony Cacheres. Smoked for about 2 hours at 260 with apple wood, pulled them out once the IT hit 170.

I don't know why I didn't build a smoker sooner.
