I did my first run/ first ever smoking on my mew Masterbuilt this weekend. I did a rack of ribs with Famous Dave's rub (2-2-1 method) and some chicken thighs brined then injected with creole butter. Smoked over some pecan wood. I have to say I thought the chicken and ribs turned out great for my first time smoking and my wife loved the ribs she ate almost a half rack by herself and she really doesn't like ribs at all.
