Smoking up some Baby Backs in the smoker today.  Got the rub all mixed up and smoker seasoned and ready to go.  Going with the 2-2-1 method.  Will probably put some sauce on some during the last hour and leave some without to see which I like best.  Wish me luck and I will let you know how they come out.  Beautiful day for smoking here in Georgia.
 
Here's the final product.  Very tasty but a tad dry, will have to work on that.
