First Ribs in my new MES 40

  1. Smoking up some Baby Backs in the smoker today.  Got the rub all mixed up and smoker seasoned and ready to go.  Going with the 2-2-1 method.  Will probably put some sauce on some during the last hour and leave some without to see which I like best.  Wish me luck and I will let you know how they come out.  Beautiful day for smoking here in Georgia.

    Sounds like you have a good plan in place.  Don't forget to toke plenty of pics for us to drool over.
