First Real Smoker

  1. I got tired of trying to smoke pork shoulders on my weber kettle and gas grill, so I just bought the new 40" MES at Sam's Club. My first smoke was a pork loin, which was cooked just about perfectly, but needed a bit more flavor. I've got a lot to learn, so I'm going to read up in the forums and hopefully get to a pork shoulder soon. Good pulled pork is my absolute favorite!
