First pulled pork

    I did my first pork butt the other day. Smoked it at 225 with cherry wood and used the BBQ rub on it. Also did a injection on it and left it over night. It took 9 hours total for the pork I also smoked bologna and sausage. It all turned out real good.

    Great pics Bob...never tried smoking bologna...does it take on a nice smokey flavor?

    Ya it does and I also put a glaze on it for the last 30 mins. For the size I had it was 2 hours of smoke and the another 30 mins with the glaze on it.

    Looks good , Jedi . The Bologna and Kielbasa are nice aqnd you have a good bark on the Butt [​IMG]
