Hi all,

I am relatively new to smoking, but have been getting decent results with baby backs and a variation of the 2-2-1. Last night I removed mmbranes, and dressed up three racks with my rub for a smoking today... Then I woke up with a fever today and bagged cooking.

I won't be able to smoke until next weekend, thus threw the racks in the freezer.

so my question is, what do. You recommend for hawing them out? 48 hours in the fridge?

Looking forward to learning a lot from this forum.

Also, any advice on the best smoking supply shops online?

Thanks for any help you could bestow.

Todd

Welcome to the party.

Thaw them out in the fridge - 48 hours will get then thawed for sure. Just dust them again with some more rub before you toss them in the cooker.

How much salt is in your rub?

Welcome to SMF!

I think most will agree that thawing in the fridge is the best way.

Would you do us a favor & update your profile info to include your location, then head over to roll call & introduce yourself so we can all welcome you to SMF. Thanks!
