Just got a Char-griller w/sfb two weeks ago. (also have big 6 burner stainless gas grill, cause we cook outside nightly!) Seasoned it...did a pork butt last week using hickory over lump char and it came out great. Last night was first shot a baby-backs. Used Bourbon chunks over lump char again...came out unbelievable! Looking forward to meeting you folks and sharing and learning..

Wild Cinnamon:

Welcome aboard. Glad to have you. I think you will enjoy yourself, here.

That is quite the name. Just gotta like that. Like most of our names, there is probably a story behind it.

Your name prompts me to think of an album cover or a musical group, very creative.

Wild Cinnamon welcome to the SMF from Central New York. Have ya ever experienced a good lake effect snow storm? This will be my first winter/smoking sessions. Cant wait!

Welcome. I live in Panama City and my Mom lives in Palm Bay, right next door to you.

Do Jeff's 5-day Ecourse and get yourself on the right track.
