    Hey
I have been cooking bbq on Webber charcoal grills for about 5 years now.I have enjoyed creating rubs and sauces. I have begun to embrace local resources and now have stored up some maple, oak, apple and some local cherry wood. Also I also like using maple sugars and syrup in my rubs and sauces, as well as peppers and spices from my garden.

I have been checking out some of the forums and look forward to sharing experiences with folks who enjoy the process as much as I do.

Welcome to the board, coach! As soon as I saw New Hampshire, I thought Maple.

I recently used maple syrup as part of an injection into a pork loin roast, with some apple juice concentrate and a kiss of bourbon.
