Newb here. I rubbed olive oil on them last night followed by a rub and let them sit in the fridge overnight. I put them on the smoker at 9am this morning. I used daves famous rib rub as I didn't have time to make my own. I'm using hickory chips, no foil and spritzing with apple juice. Any tips for a newb? Looking forward to getting to know y'all as I think I found a new home here. Happy easter.
