Well 6 hours into my first shoulder. Pulled it and put it in a pan. Keeping temps in OK Joe has not been to bad. Bearcarver's step by step has been helpful. I do have qview as well. My wife bought a 13 lb boneless shoulder from Costco, and it turns it that there are 2 boneless shoulders in the package. The cook is going well. I'll post more pics as I get them. I have to use the computer not my tablet.
