I've read for days on how to do ribs. I committed the 3-2-1 method to memory. I had a friend that got me some pork rub from a well known BBQ joint around town. I pulled the membranes am rubbed them down the night before and wrapped them in clear wrap. Hitting the grill Taking them to wrap in foil. (Ones missing because it was being wrapped) Ready to come off the grill I fed my wife and her parents. They lived them and so did I. Love this stuff! I'm definitely hooked now!
