I figured on at least 13 hours+. I'll be sure to share the details. I'm having a blast, all though I think I'm driving my wife crazy. The pork is wrapped and waiting on the AM. Looks like an early morning.
I think I'm driving mine crazy also. But once she gets a taste of smokey moist bite of goodness......... Not so crazy..
Yeah me too. My wife claims to not like smoked food but makes an exception for pulled pork, lol

Just gave it another mop. Looks good. I figured I would check the temp around 8 hours. Any thoughts on changing a mop recipe halfway through? I was pondering the concept, but it almost seemed detrimental to the end product. I would hate to ruin the butt!
I don't mop mine, but I am going to foil mine up and give it a good drink of apple juice and some secret spices
Stuck with the original mop. The thing is looking spectacular, and smelling the same the same.
13 and a half hours. Had a hard time getting it out but it was worth it. Outstanding!
Flavor is awesome! Smoked in a Brinkman electric smoker. Roughly 13 and a half hours.
