Well I was finally able to get 2 of the pictures out of my camera from the pastrami's from last week end. These are going to be a keeper for me. They turned out great, and other than soaking forever were easy to do. I just used a small amount of Jeff's rub and a good heavy coating of cracked pepper. Great sandwiches! The guys at work want me to make them for a lunch.


Had to throw a couple of spares in for good measure.

Should have never got rid of my meat slicer!
 
Great looking pastrami there Tim.And yes you sould never had gotta rid of that slicer but I see a nice new and shiney one in your future. You aren't gonna tell use about the ribs I like ribs toooooooooo..
 
The ribs were for a friend of mines Mom. I tried to cook some for her last week she had bought and I learned a very valuable lesson about my Bubba grill. Don't use the bottom rib rack. Way to close to the fire box, so I went and bought some to make up for the mess I made last week. Had to protect my reputation!
