Well I was finally able to get 2 of the pictures out of my camera from the pastrami's from last week end. These are going to be a keeper for me. They turned out great, and other than soaking forever were easy to do. I just used a small amount of Jeff's rub and a good heavy coating of cracked pepper. Great sandwiches! The guys at work want me to make them for a lunch. Had to throw a couple of spares in for good measure. Should have never got rid of my meat slicer!
