Attempted first try at smoking a 7.5 pound pork shoulder but on my weber big joe, using the snake method with apple wood and charcoal.

Fought with this but for 15 hours to get to 190 degrees., with a 2 hour stall and sprayed with an apple juice and captain mogan mix.

First time not using my masterbuilt propane 2 door unit as I aspire to be a future offset owner.

HAPPY with results.
