First Meatloaf W/Q-Views

This is my first meatloaf wiht the help of niniron. The flavor was great and wife said she could not eat loaf any other way. Hope you enjoy the Q-Views.

Hey Bryon - great looking loaf! Did you use the recipe on Jeff's Smoking Meat site or was that a concoction you made up? I've yet to try but it's great seeing the q-vue!

That's a good looking meat loaf. It seems like once you smoke one, that's usually the way you cook them from then on.

This was my own concoction. I made loaf like you would normally then smoked with hickory. No I did not try the other fatty yet. I think I rolled my first attempt to thin, but theres always next weekend if I am not on the water.
