First grilled flank steak

    I saw a thread here (I think it was from Sandman) about doing a flank steak on the grill, so I thought I'd give it a try. I rubbed it down with Stubbs grilling spice and used a simple marinade of soy sauce, worsherster(sp) sauce & vegetable oil. I let it sit for about 18 hours in the fridge and than tossed it on a super hot charcoal grill. Overall, I loved it. I need to tweak the marinade a bit but it came out super juicy and fork tender. Sorry the photos are not that good, Santa screwed me on the new camera I wanted! :)

    Flank is a great meal...Right on just like I like it.

  4. Jets your steak looks darn good!

    I don't know what kinda camera you have, but if it has a macro setting try setting it to that b4 you take a pic this close
