First Fatty

    Decided to do some baby backs on the GOSM today and also rolled my first fatty. Used Italian and added some mozz cheese, onions and peppers. Just so happens I'm making a batch of red sauce today also so when its done might have to ladle a little sauce over it. Can't wiait to see how it turns out.

    After your first fatty, your smoker will very seldom run without not having room to smoke another fatty !!!

    Now you went and done it. Fattys are totally addicting to most all animal forms. At least all i'v seen eat some.

    A Fatty has no international barriers... do be careful when you you the word "sauce" around here, it is the weekend.

    The fatty turned out great! I'm not sure how to post pics on this forum but I'll have to dive into that at some point soon. I sure like looking at everyone elses pics. Baby backs were awesome also. Nothing like BBQing in the middle of a winter storm!

    Glad to hear you're happy with how your fatty came out. [​IMG] They're pretty flexible when it comes to smoker temp and time so you can throw one (or two or three) in anytime you're smoking.

    My family has decided that plain fatties are just fine cuz they usually end up in sawmill gravy ladled over biscuits. [​IMG]
