First Fatty

  1. First attempt at a fatty. Used 1 pound regular JD sausage mixed with 1 pound spicy. Inside is buffalo chicken, red onions, sweet peppers, and cheese. Just started it smoking a few minutes ago. Shooting for 250 for 3-4 hours. Here is the before pic:
