First Fatty

  1. Ok so I got a little excited and forgot to take pics while I was making it but I did take one as I put it in the smoker. Started with a simple one. Sausage with mushrooms, peppers, onions and Colby Jack cheese. Wrapped in bacon ofcourse. Put it in at 235 hoping to crisp the bacon up.
