My first attempt at a fatty. Been looking at them on here and had to try it. There chicken cordon blue one has honey mustard the other dijon and two chicken breasts rubbed with Tony c's and wrapped in bacon. I think there gonna be great.
I got a question. I'm gonna do 4 turkey breasts like this for a Christmas party with diffrent stuff in all 4 of them. With the one I did the bacon didn't get crisp it was cooked but kinda chewy in spots. I cooked it at 250 for 2.5 hours and upped the heat to 300 for the last 30 minutes how would I adjust the heat so I don't over cook the bird but get the bacon a little crisper I do have a grill set up next to the smoker would it hurt to put it on there for a few minutes or can I do it in the smoker?
