First fatty

    First fatty, 1.5 lbs of Jimmy dean sage. 6 slices of cobyjack , red x green bell peppers, onions , asparrigus, bacon rap and smoked at 228% for 3 hr. came out great.

    how long before you can post qveiw! i am being bloked ?

    John you can post Qview you are not being blocked the only thing that will happen with your post count is that it will go through a spam filter and will get hung up there until a moderator approves it. This is meant to try to keep spam off the site unfortunately the filter doesn't know the difference between good pics and bad ones so with newer members they have to be approved before they actually show up on the site. It's not a perfect system but it does in fact keep a lot of spam off the site. Just bear with us and keep posting and that won't be an issue before long. We don't like to say exactly how many posts that way the spammers don't exactly know how to defeat the filter

    By the way 1.5lbs seemed like to much, with a family or 3 it worked out but was a hard roll.

    I learned that I need to use Siran-rap layed down 1st, so if you start to get a Blow Out, you can roll it up like "Sushi" and repair the meat wounds , and then place it in the freezer for about 40min to "set" up and then place it in the smoker..
