I made my first fatty tonight after drooling at these pictures all day. I made 2 pizza ones. Rolled the sausage out, added pizza sauce, moz cheese, pepperoni, sauteed onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Rolled that up and applied the bacon weave. Smoked at 235-240 for 2 hours 15 mins. with hickory chips and a handful of apple i had left over from wings last night, then cranked the heat up to around 260 to try and crisp up the bacon for about 20 mins.. Turned out good and I am so stuffed right now,,,,,,,, Sorry no piks making it, the wife had camera shopping all day but here is the finished product.
