First Fatty on our new WSM

  1. this was a joint effort with the wife and I.  She cooked up some hasbrowns and added onions, red pepper, mushroom and cheese.  she used two pounds of sausage and weaved the bacon herself.  We put it on the WMS as we did some yard work and shazam.  Looking forward to making many more of these.  Thanks for all the tips.

    Looks fantastic!. How long did it take you to cook on the WSM?

    I have a 22.5 WSM and want to cook a fattie on it eventually. [​IMG]
  3. Wow that looks great! I slice them up and use the leftovers for breakfast sammies, just add a fried egg, some cheese and put it on a bagel, english muffin etc!!! Yummo!

  7. took right at three hours.  kept the temps right at 250.  that was two pounds of sausage though.  A one pounder would not take as long.

    Great idea with the leftovers. Only problem is I have never had and leftover faitties. Lol
