first fatties and a brisket

    Well after months of drooling over everyone's pics I finally made a couple fatties. One was chicken breast with spinach and mushroom. the second was venison burger with mushroom,onion,garlic and steak sauce. Here are some pics.
    I also through in a 3 lb brisket. Man even the little guys take a while!

    Fatties look great... amd yes.. even the little guys take a while to break down all the goodness inside the meat...

    I like the chicken spinach fattie... yum

    Everything was great. Brisket was a bit dry but nothing some gravy didn't cure...lol

    On the venison burger one, Is that all you used ?  Not mixed with sauage?

    I have some venison to use up.

    It was just venison burger which when I make it has pork fat ground in.
