So... A Happy Easter to everyone. I bought an 8.5 lbs pork butt on Friday for an Easter get together with friends. Got up at 4:30 am this morning to get everything ready before church. Found a sweet garlic rub recipe that sounded good and thought i would give it a whirl. This shot is right before it went in at 5:30 am. First time posting Qview so i hope it works.
