I stumbled on the forum looking for plans to build a brick smoker. I have a Brinkman Smoker that I've owned for 12 years. I was ok with that until I borrowed my father's heavy duty smoker. I've been talking to different welders and one guy could build a custom smoker at a reasonable price but now I've been thinking I might just use brick. Anyway, I live in San Angelo, TX so I smoke everything with Mesquite. I'll be seeing y'all around.
