First cook with Grid Iron today, need a bit of help

    My grid iron arrived yesterday. I set it up and did the initial burn off. I am planning a simple cook today because I have a 7:00 pm meeting tonight and would not be able to wait if I off on my times for a long cook. I have some 1/2" pork chops and was going to put some sweet corn on also. Any suggestions on time and temp for the chops? Should I use the meat probe? How long for the sweet corn?

    Sorry no one responded sooner.  I'm not familiar with the hardware you are using.  How did it turn out?
