I had to work last weekend during the blizzard - this is what I came home to Sunday afternoon... Al dug out a path for the dog, and it happened to also free up the and the Traeger and the Blackstone - it was a beautiful day so I took advantage of it. Fired up the Blackstone for some scrapple and Eggs... I also did 2 racks of ribs with the Oakridge Dominator Sweet Rib Rub. Didn't get good pictures... but they were so good... Also did a chuckie for Pepper Stout Beef - Used a local Delaware beer Rubbed with Oakridge Black Ops Brisket Rub Great day of cooking and relaxing. Thanks for looking.
