First Cook On The Mini Jumbo w/ Pics

    Finally got some time to break in my new toy. I little bit of rain was not going to deter me from breaking it in today.

    Warming up for the cook.

    8 way chicken marinaded over night with evoo, white wine and spog.

    And we are done. Cooked at 325 for about 90 min.

    Thank you. I was very pleased with the color. The inside of the smoker is getting a little color too, hopefully can add to it soon.

    It is very hard to complain with the belly and mouth full.

    Good is the "Jumbo Mini" side. Pleased I am. More cook must I soon do........

    Thank you. It was very yummy. I still have a couple pieces I am thinking of using for either chicken salad or quesadillas..........
