Adam, not yet. Have an elk roast I'm thinkin of doing something dry cured with & I'm bout to order some Umai casings for some sopressata & pepperoni. Have some elk & deer burger I'd like to try out with the salumi Kit.

Thanks man, appreciate it! My wife's favorite out of all we done was the lonzino, it's some tasty stuff! Really looking forward to the sopressata & possibly some finocchiona or landjaeger! Have some deer & elk in the freezer I'm thinking of trying it with! Thanks for the point as well!
