I have a Masterbuilt 30" propane smoker. Done a few things and now ready for the pork butt. I'd like to server dinner around 5-6pm . What should my timing be ? I'd like to pull it around ~2-4pm I suppose and let it sit in the cooler until dinner time . I think I will go about 7lbs of pork for this endeavor. 1.5h a lbs ? 2h ?
