I'm sticking with 4 or later even going at 250...place your bets!
I'm in for 12.5 hrs at 250*.
ok if it went [email protected] 4 AM I'm at 13.5 hours taking it to 5 30 pm.
After 4 for sure
Went on at 8 am. I never got up at 4.
The west is up and watching.
Well I just checked it and my pellets are all burned up.
Will have to reload it.

Don't know to foil or not.
Oh ok I saw a probe and potato...thought it might have been a el cheapo
do yourself a favor and ditch the foil idea. lol. your stomach will thank you later.
No foil is easier anyway.
Just let it go the whole time with no foil?

I used to foil....and I don't anymore. I am really liking the bark that the "no foil" method gives you. I usually have WW's temp cranked to 250* now during my smokes. Takes less time...and I don't have a stall as often either.

What temp does the stall usually happen?
luckily for me it happens around the 160ish mark...usually pretty consistent..haha. at least im always ready for it. and yes, let it go the whole time without foil. let that pork bask in all its glory!! lol. im gunna convert each and everyone of you on this forum one at a time by god..haha.

usually on mine....its around the 160* (ish mark). But had one last week that stalled at 150*. Remember each chunk of meat will "do what it does" and it will be different every time. Enjoy playing around your smoke today! (and show q-views)
