I just got my Masterbuilt Electric smoker, I have already done some ribs in it that turned out great, I am getting worried, it has been 15 hours and my flat is only at 170, the brisket is 10# I have three thermometers in there, one built it that is worthless and a probe, and also a oven one so I can see through the window, been steady at 225 the whole time. only opened the door once to check the probe.

here is a pic from when i first put it in.

You've probably hit the infamous "stall" which occurs around 165° or so - it is where your meat temp doesn't rise for usually several hours.  But, what then is it doing?  It is roasting and the fat is shifting into a different plateau... it's all explained in this link:

It can take quite a while, so enjoy some frosted beverage of your choice and relax, play some cards, and set an alarm every 45 min. to check on it!  Enjoy!

like Pops said "You've probably hit the infamous "stall"
