first brisket...stuck at 190

    9 lb brisket put on at 8pm lastnight.
    Smoking around 200-215 and its been stuck at 190 for a few hours now.
    went through plateau at 165 for 5 hours or so. Should i pull it or wait. Almost 16 hours and im in no hurry

    I'd wait it out......every one is different.

    Pretty juicy looking. Got burnt ends going and the rest is wrapped up in cooler
