It's gonna rain here today so most likely I won't be smoking (but you never know) so I'll just have to keep checking back in looking at your pics wishing I had a brisket on the TBS.
 
It is gonna rain here also so glad i modded my perfect flame to use in the garage best thing i ever did i have a whole day of smoked planed i just put a breakfast fattie on i used maple sausage pancakes and bacon yummy.then for lunch we will have sweet peppers stuffed with creamcheese and garlic toped with a little cheddar wraped in sausage and some chicken.Then of course the brisket and butternut squash bisq for dinner.will keep posting pics or hell your not far from wilkes-barre pa come on down.lol
 
Everything sounds really good but you know what it's gonna take to really make it happen more QVIEW.
 
well here it is at 8hrs in it is at 165 i put it in a aluminum pan foiled and put some apple juice,captaim morgans and some beef broth in put in oven to finish.had to seperate the point and flat since it would not fit in my smoker whole
 
oh how could i forget these pics sweet peppers stuffed with creamcheese garlic and a dash of mrs dash wife wanted some with no heat they are wraped in j/d regular sausage there was more but i wasnt fast enough with the camera they sure are tasty

well all i can say is i ate too much here is the point and the second is from the flat yummy all together 9hrs and then a hour rest
