since i used ideas from others with my first spare ribs i thought i'd go with my 25 yrs of instinct/experience with these. the results were much more to my liking.
here are non brined BBs with a spicy non-sugar rub....
here is the set up.........

300 on unit means.........
.........225 inside.
after 2 1/2 hrs...........
ready to be foiled..........
with my own spicy non-sugary sauce.........
like the song goes.........dem bones dem bones..........................
these were probably the bst ribs that i have ever eaten........next up, brisket!
