First BBC With Pics

    HereWeGo!!!


    OK everything was backwards. I rub the bird with a dry rub(BBQ place in town sells it). Under the skin was not easy. Apple wood chips. 250 degrees. Pulled the bird. Made pineapple coleslaw on a bun. Lovely wife made baked beans with extra bacon.
