Got my first batch of Baby Backs in the new smoker. Excited to see how they will turn out. Loves me a good rib.

Doing a batch of babies right now. By far my favorite thing to smoke. Make sure to post some pics. I will be putting some of mine on here in about twenty or so. Been going since 1030. Good luck bro!:sausage:

Thanks a bunch. Mine have about 1 or so left. Will post pics if i can get it to upload

The Cut!!!Wasnt completely falling off the bone which is good because I like to see my bite and know that meat is still on the bone for the next bite. Great tasting ribs to say the least.

Thanks Red got a new Electric Smoker for fathers day and have literally been on this page ever since. Wife is threatening to ban me from it lol. But she was fine once she tasted these ribs. Thanks Smokingmeatforums.

Good looking ribs, I like you, like the bite. Well I used to anyway, these dang store bought teeth really ruin enjoying good ribs and corn too!

They look good to me though. I am thinking maybe St. Louis for the 4th. The old way, no foil, 4 hours.......hot and fast! I'll gum them suckers and get every last drop of flavor out!!!! ROFLMAO!

Looks like a good smoke to me!

I did the 2-1.5-1 method. I was afraid if I did the complete 2 wrapped they would be too tender and falling apart. So once I was finished with the last hour I did the bend test and they were perfect.  So total time cooked was 4.5 hrs at 230 in the electric smoker.

Foamheart you have me laughing so hard right now. Darn store bought teeth. Cant buy a good pair anywhere huh!!! Cant wait to see your St. Louis Ribs on the 4th.
