First attempt - summer sausage

    Looks Great!! I made sausage for the first time Sunday, how do you store it after its been smoked?
     
  7. Man, I love the store-bought stuff. I can't imagine how good the home-made version is.

    Once you make it at home you will never buy it in the stores again.
     
  9. No, the smoker is a Masterbuilt Smokehouse 3-Rack Electric Smoker w/ Thermostat. Bought from QVC last August for $136.38 + shipping.

  10. 80/20 ground beef.

    Used a Gander Mountain summer sausage kit.

    In the future will buy from a local spice wholesale. http://www.conyeagerspice.com/

    My son is a trained chef.
