Put on some hickory chips cause that's what I had but here's the couple pics I have so far. Did it a little hot since it's Sunday..and I didn't have time to stay up late in case it took way to long.
Between 275 and about 300 most of the time..Put it on about 815 this morning, took it off at 330 @ 196 IT, everywhere I poked the skewer slid in like butter. Tried to come apart on me when I pulled it off
