First attempt at Kielbasa

Hey guys!

I just posted my first attempt at kielbasa on my food blog! check it out. I got my bradey this summer and am hooked using it. In the weeks to come I am going to be putting up my many different things I have smoked. Bradley is AWESOME. love it. Being Ukrainian I love that I can make my own kielbasa.

I am hooked on smoking! One thing that really surprised me how much I loved it was chicken wings. they were awesome! One thing that is frustrating is trying to find Brisket up here in Canada. Lots of people have no idea what it even is. Crazy!

Welcome and nice Blog!  I don't know what part of Canada you are in but Smoked Meat, a version of Pastrami was everywhere in Montreal...JJ

I live in Toronto and yes Montreal has incredible smoked meat. Those sandwiches are awesome. Happy to have found this forum and look forward to learning and contributing!
